What a fun song to create. Once again, London based The Animal Farm Music provided guidance, session players and production to get this song out there. The suit I'm wearing is a 'Nudie Suit' made by no other than Manuel - who worked at Nudie's shop and has been dressing artists for 50 plus years.

"Nothin' left in the bottle...nothin' left in the tank. There's no time left to argue - I've only got myself to thank. For going in too early/then stayin' out too late. It's going to cost me more than money - I've got to play it straight.

At first I came out a winner - started comin' out ahead. Sometimes that roulette ball goes black - sometimes it comes up red. But you can loose it all when it comes up green - just wait! That house of cards starts burnin' down - you've got to play it straight.
