A jazzy departure from their Country-Rock and Old-Timey norms, "Ride The Raven" is a smooth song about getting lost in what takes you away from the everyday turmoil - be it religion, relationships or perhaps just a bottle of red wine. Produced by The Animal Farm Music (UK), I have to say that I love the harmonica and "wall of sound" in the chorus'.

"I've tried everything once - and I've done some things twice...and found the only way to fly - listen to my strong advice. You can stay here on the ground - or you can spread your wings and fly. The chance will pass before you - in the blink of an eye.

(Chorus) So drink it in my friends, so we can all take flight - take hold of my hand - and ride the raven tonight.

There's no need to wonder where the wicked hours go - sometimes your pocketwatch speeds up - and at times it runs down slow. But the only way to keep your speed is to draw that ravens' eye. For he knows how to guide you through this black and moonless night.
